Also, I don't think he qualifies as nonhuman, at least not by Terran standards, but Felicity has the permission to sense his abilities, too. Specifically the shadow manipulation one, since his voice/sound manipulation one is partially suppressed by his special device, and I also would prefer to maintain the element of surprise for this one, in consideration with his lore and everything.
